1. Product status
Veylto is desktop software developed under the independent Veylto Labs product brand and is currently in private development. Features, integrations, availability and system requirements may change before public release.
2. Authorized use
Users may use Veylto only for lawful seller workflows involving accounts and data they are authorized to access. Users must not use the software to scrape Etsy, bypass platform controls, interfere with services, misrepresent affiliation, or violate third-party rights.
3. Etsy connection
Etsy access is provided through permissions granted by the seller. Users remain responsible for reviewing and confirming changes before they are applied to Etsy and for complying with Etsy’s terms, policies and seller obligations.
4. No Etsy endorsement
Veylto is an independent product. It is not endorsed, sponsored or certified by Etsy, Inc.
5. AI-assisted output
AI-assisted content may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Users must review titles, descriptions, tags, reports and other output before relying on or publishing it. Veylto does not guarantee marketplace performance, ranking, traffic or sales.
6. User responsibilities
- protect account access, devices and local files;
- maintain appropriate backups;
- verify listing, pricing, inventory, tax, shipping and policy information;
- obtain rights and permissions for uploaded or generated content;
- comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
7. Availability
During development and testing, Veylto may be unavailable, interrupted or changed without notice. External services and APIs may impose their own limits or outages.
8. Intellectual property
Veylto, its interface, software, documentation and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred except for a limited right to use an authorized version of the software.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, development versions are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free output.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veylto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, marketplace actions or decisions made from unreviewed output.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for security reasons, misuse, policy violations or discontinuation of a development program. Users may stop using the software and revoke connected access at any time.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated before and after release. Material changes will be reflected by the date shown at the top of this page.
