Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of service-side data associated with Veylto and connected Meta accounts.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@veyltolabs.com from the email address associated with your Veylto account. Use “Meta data deletion request” as the subject and identify the Veylto account or connected Facebook/Instagram account concerned.

What will be deleted

After verifying the request, Veylto will disconnect the relevant Meta authorization and delete applicable service-side account identifiers, connection records, OAuth credentials and related publication metadata, unless retention is required by law, security obligations or the resolution of a dispute.

Revoking access directly in Meta

You can also remove Veylto from Facebook or Instagram account settings. Revoking authorization stops future access, but it does not automatically erase service-side records; use the email procedure above to request deletion.

Processing time

We will acknowledge the request and process it within the period required by applicable law. We may request additional information to verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized person.
